Suspect In Redmond Murder Still At-Large
On Jan. 1, 2017, a 20-year-old Tukwila man was shot and killed at a party. His killer has still not been found.

REDMOND, WA - Redmond detectives are still searching for a killer who shot a 20-year-old man at a New Year's party on Jan. 1, 2017. Police are calling attention to the case one year later in the hopes that a witness will come forward.
“We are certain there was someone at that party or knows the suspect and has information that will close this case,” said Det. Sgt. AnnMarie Fein in a statement. “The victim’s family deserves closure and this suspect needs to be brought to justice.”
Around 2 a.m. on New Year's Day 2017, firefighters responded to an alarm inside a recreation room at the Trails of Redmond apartment complex at 16800 Northeast 39th Court. There was no fire, but a few minutes after arriving, firefighters heard a gunshot.

When they went outside to investigate, they discovered the body of Adrian Anguiano, of Tukwila. Anguiano, originally from Yakima, was remembered as a soccer fan and caring brother. He turned 20 just four days before he was killed.
"Adrian was full of life and loved to make others laugh. He loved playing soccer and always looked out for his family. He just celebrated his 20th birthday on December 27th. He was so young with so much life ahead of him. We never would have imagined that this would happen to our baby brother," his family wrote on a GoFundMe page.
