Alcohol, Speed Factors In Horrifying Renton Crash: Police
The crash happened early Sunday and shut down State Road 169.

RENTON, WA - Police reported that alcohol and speed were factors in a terrible crash that happened along Maple Valley Highway at 12:05 a.m. Sunday. The driver of the suspect car sustained "significant injuries," police said.
Photos of the scene show that the accident involved at least two vehicles, and one was an RV. The accident happened just outside the Maplewood Golf Course along the 13100 block of Maple Valley Highway.
Another deadly crash happened not far away on Friday afternoon; in that accident, a single vehicle left the road and became pinned between an embankment and a light police. The driver died at the scene, fire officials said.
