Hyatt Regency Lake Washington at Seattle’s Southport announces a wine pairing dinner in partnership with Drum Roll Wine, a Washington-based winery with a tasting room in historic downtown Renton.
Taking place in Water’s Table private dining room, the event will showcase a six-course meal with each dish thoughtfully paired with a Drum Roll Wine variety. The meal will feature everything from a burrata served with apple butter and pomegranate molasses and a watercress velouté soup to a coastal water stew and decadent apple-infused dessert.
Throughout the evening, Matt Frazier, co-owner and winemaker of Drum Roll Wine, will guide guests through the menu and each wine pairing and how their flavors and characteristics complement each course. Guests will also learn more about the winemaking process, the influencer of terroir, and the art of pairing food with wine.
