Colorado Man Dies In Wreck On Washington Highway
One driver was killed and another was injured in a head-on wreck involving a semi and a pickup truck.
ISSAQUAH, WA - One driver was killed and another driver was injured in a crash on SR 18 outside Issaquah Monday afternoon. Washington State Patrol reported that Patrick Saylor, 30, of Wheat Ridge, Colo., was traveling eastbound in his Dodge Ram at 4:38 p.m. when the vehicle veered over the dividing line and struck a tractor trailer. Saylor was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor trailer, Wayne Fenley, 41, of Greensburg, Ind., was injured and transferred to Swedish Hospital. No cause of the wreck has been determined.
SR 18 was closed for over six hours following the crash.

This will be a fatality investigation by WSP now. Avoid Hwy18 from I-90 to Issaquah-Hobart Rd.
