4-Vehicle Crash On SR 202 Leaves 2 Injured

A Thursday night crash at the intersection of SR 202 and Sahalee Way resulted in two injuries.

SAMMAMISH, WA - A four-car crash at the intersection of Sahalee Way NE and SR 202 resulted in two injuries, according to Washington State Patrol. A 40-year-old Redmond man was traveling eastbound on SR 202 and failed to stop at a traffic signal. That vehicle struck a car driven by a 30-year-old Seatac man turning left onto eastbound SR 202 from Sahalee Way NE.

Two other cars waiting at the traffic signal on westbound 202 were also hit in the wreck, but their drivers were not injured.

Both the Seatac driver and the Redmond driver were transported to Overlake Hospital.

The crash is under investigation and no charges have been filed.
