5 Killed In Car Crashes Over The Weekend
Four people died in a crash in Tukwila Sunday, and a Tacoma woman died in a crash near Issaquah on Saturday.

ISSAQUAH, WA - Five people were killed in separate car crashes over the weekend, according to Washington State Patrol. In one of the crashes, four men were killed after their speeding truck hit a concrete pillar.
The first crash happened around 1:30 a.m. Saturday along SR 18 near Issaquah-Hobart Road. Ashley J. Hagen, 26, was driving westbound when her car drifted and hit a barrier. Her car then rolled into the eastbound lanes. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The second crash happened around 2:15 a.m. Sunday along SR 518 in Tukwila. Four men were speeding eastbound in a pickup truck when the vehicle flipped over and hit a concrete pillar under I-5. The 22-year-old driver was ejected. The other four passengers, ages 18 to 21, all from Kent, died at the scene.

The 22-year-old driver, Jessie Tenorio, of Kent, was taken to Harborview in serious condition. The crash closed SR 518 for more than 8 hours.
