PEPS – The Program for Early Parent Support will offer Issaquah Baby Peppers – a group for parents of 5-12 month old babies starting January 14 at Bright Horizons in the Issaquah Highlands. In a PEPS Group, parents meet (with their babies), share, and learn in sessions facilitated by a trained volunteer. Each meeting includes time for sharing parenting highs and lows, followed by a discussion of a topic related to the joys and challenges of parenting. Baby Peppers meetings take place over 11 weeks and also include break time for informal socializing and connecting with other parents.
Baby Peppers is open to all families with babies 5-12 months old when the group starts. The Issaquah Baby Peppers group will meet every Monday from 12 to 1:30 p.m. starting January 14 at Bright Horizons – located at 930 NE High Street, Suite 102. The program fee for the 11 week facilitated session is $155. Scholarships are available. For more information and to register, visit http://www.peps.org/programs/infants/baby-peppers.
