Join local fitness instructors for a free morning workout every Saturday in May. This is a great way to try a variety of workouts and get ready for summer! Each workout is free and appropriate for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mat. A few mats will be available, but not enough for the whole class.
On May 23, Pilates Studio 11 will lead a 45-minute mat Pilates class focused on core, lower body and back strength. A big part of Pilates is understanding body alignment and how precision and control help activate muscles in a way you’ve never experienced before. This class will enhance posture, stability and mobility, helping you move more efficiently and feel stronger.
Disclaimer: Children are welcome, but only if they plan to participate in the workout class. Please note that children must be supervised at all times as there will be no staff available to watch them separately.
