Join local fitness instructors for a free morning workout every Saturday in May. This is a great way to try a variety of workouts and get ready for summer! Each workout is free and appropriate for all fitness levels. Please bring your own yoga mat. A few mats will be available, but not enough for the whole class.
On May 30, feel the benefits of an efficient and effective Barre3 workout combining strength, cardio and mindfulness. You will move through low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts and mind-centering breath work. This class will leave you feeling balanced in body and empowered within.
Disclaimer: Children are welcome, but only if they plan to participate in the workout class. Please note that children must be supervised at all times as there will be no staff available to watch them separately.
