It comes from slowing down long enough to reconnect with ourselves, with nature, and with the wisdom that has been quietly waiting within us all along.

Nature has been one of my greatest teachers.

When life feels overwhelming, uncertain, or heavy, I find myself drawn back to the trees, the fire, the fresh air, and the simple reminder that everything in nature moves in seasons.

Nothing rushes.
Nothing forces.
Nothing blooms all year long.

On Saturday, July 18, 2026, I invite you to join me at The Grove in Issaquah for an intimate evening around the campfire. Please arrive at 5:30 PM so you have time to settle in, connect with the space, and prepare for the experience. Our healing journey will begin at 6:00 PM and conclude at 7:30 PM. Together, we'll explore grounding practices, elemental awareness, Bio-Energy Healing, and sacred reflection in a beautiful outdoor setting designed to support a deeper connection with yourself, nature, and the healing wisdom of the Earth.
