Let Go to Let Grow Sound Ceremony

There’s something about the changing seasons that reminds me how important it is to make space for what’s next.

Sometimes that means slowing down.

Sometimes it means listening more closely to ourselves.

And sometimes it means recognizing that we’re ready to release something we’ve been carrying longer than we realized.

That’s why I’m so grateful to be participating in Let Go to Let Grow, a beautiful Sound Ceremony hosted by Jamie Cabaccang and Techies + Wellness on Sunday, October 4 at North Fork Farm in Snoqualmie.

I’ll be joining Jamie and fellow healing practitioners Opal Hopkins, Marleen Berg, and Zeon Cabaccang for an afternoon centered around sound, intention, healing, reflection, and renewal.

What You’ll Experience

Jamie will guide us through intention setting followed by an immersive sound journey featuring Crystal Tones® alchemy singing bowls, Sacred Metal Italian Gong, Shamanic drum, Native Hawaiian and Peruvian flutes, harmonium, and vocal tones.

Together, the practitioners will help create a supportive space where you can settle in, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

All of this will unfold at beautiful North Fork Farm, surrounded by nature and overlooking Mount Si.

What I love about this gathering is that you don’t need to arrive with anything figured out.

You can simply come as you are.

Maybe you’ve been carrying stress or overwhelm.

Maybe you’re moving through grief or change.

Maybe you’ve reached a transition in your life and know something needs to shift.

Or maybe you simply want an afternoon to rest, breathe, receive, and reconnect with yourself.

There’s room for all of it.

I’ll Be There Offering Bio-Energy Healing

I’m honored to be participating as one of the healing practitioners supporting this experience.

For me, Bio-Energy Healing is about creating space for people to reconnect with themselves—their bodies, their inner wisdom, and the sense of peace and wholeness that can sometimes become difficult to hear beneath the noise of everyday life.

Bringing this work into an experience alongside sound, energy, nature, and community feels especially meaningful to me.

Sometimes letting go isn’t something we need to force.

Sometimes we simply need to create enough space to allow it.

And perhaps this afternoon can be that space.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blankets for warmth so you can settle comfortably into the experience.

You may also bring a water bottle, journal, or sacred object for intention setting if you’d like.
