The City of Issaquah’s Human Services Department is conducting a Community Needs Assessment that will help inform the City's priorities in Human Services for the next 3-5 years. We would love to hear from residents regarding service and resource needs in our community, as well as access related barriers.

We appreciate your time in responding to this 10-question survey and we estimate that it will take 5-7 minutes to complete.
