Mediation Services with King County Dispute Resolution Center (KCDRC) is a confidential meeting process facilitated by a professional mediator who helps people work together to resolve disagreements and find mutual and satisfying solutions. KCDRC uses facilitative interest-based mediation style that is most effective in communicating the issues, looking at the problems from different points of view, thinking creatively about solutions and coming to agreements that both parties are willing to uphold.
