NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE CITY OF SAMMAMISH PLANNING COMMISSION 

Proposed updates to Chapter 21A.105 SMC – School Impact Fees 

Notice is hereby given that the City of Sammamish Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing to consider amendments to Chapter 21A.105 SMC – School Impact Fees, regarding proposed changes to discount factor (local impact percentage) the developer contributes in the school impact fee calculation. 

HEARING SCHEDULE: This Public Hearing will be part of a regular meeting, which will start at 6:30 PM on September 2, 2021. WRITTEN COMMENT: Written public comment will be accepted until 5:00 pm September 2, 2021. Please submit written comment by email to Amber Malmberg at AMalmberg@sammamish.us and planningcommission@sammamish.us.
