Last night at a City Council Special Meeting, the Sammamish City Council passed Ordinance No. O2021-532 in response to the Growth Management Hearing Board’s Second Finding of Non-Compliance in Gerend et al v. Sammamish lawsuit. This Ordinance repeals  Ordinance No. O2021-529.
