Construction Starts: Westridge Block 4

Construction will start soon for Polygon Northwest’s Westridge Block 4 development, located at the northwest corner of Northeast Ellis Drive and Westridge Way Northeast in the Issaquah Highlands.

Crews will be onsite later this week to begin mobilization and surveying, with clearing and grading to follow. In total, 38 affordable condominium units will be built on 1.93 acres. The development will also include one Life Enrichment Options (LEO) house, as well as open space; common outdoor spaces and recreation features; and additional surface parking for guests. The project is estimated to finish in summer of 2020
