Scott Coffey, the District's licensed consulting hydrogeologist, recently sent a letter to the Washington Department of Ecology. His letter cited the inadequacy of conditions within the Waste Discharge permit that Ecology intends to issue to the City of Issaquah regarding the Lower Reid Infiltration Gallery (LRIG).
