Electric vehicles convene in Issaquah for Drive Electric Week car show on Sept. 21
Dozens of cars, music, special guest speakers featured at premiere NW electric vehicle event

Local electric vehicle owners and advocates invite the community to learn more about the benefits of electric driving at a Sept. 21 car show celebrating National Drive Electric Week. More than 60 new production models as well as vintage conversions will gather at the legendary Triple XXX Root Beer in Issaquah from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 21, as part of Triple XXX’s regular Sunday car show roster. In honor of the event, Governor Jay Inslee has declared that September 15-21 is Drive Electric Week for the State of Washington and Mayor Fred Butler has declared September 15-21 to be Drive Electric Week for the City of Issaquah.
A special program at noon will feature electric vehicle advocates and public officials sharing information about how electric driving benefits the community and contributes to a sustainable future. The program will include remarks from:
