Emergency Newport Way Closure This Morning

ISSAQUAH, WA - Newport Way will be closed Monday morning for two hours beginning at 10 a.m. so crews can remove a hazardous tree near the roadway, according to the city. The closure affects Newport between Northwest Juniper Street and Northwest Dogwood Street .

The city is providing a detour route: Southbound traffic will use Maple Street Northwest to Northwest Gilman Boulevard to Front Street North. Northbound traffic will use West Sunset Way to Front Street North.
