Evergreen Academy Preschool Students Donate Pajamas and Books
Students hosted a "Good Night" drive to collect pajama and book donations for Eastside Baby Corner
Students at Evergreen Academy Preschool in Issaquah recently hosted a “Good Night” drive to collect pajamas, books and supplies to donate to Eastside Baby Corner. In total, students donated nearly 50 pairs of pajamas and more than 25 books to benefit local children in need during the holidays. In celebration of the donation, students hosted a pajama party and wore pajamas to school. Through this initiative, students learned the importance of helping others in need during the holiday season.
Eastside Baby Corner was founded in 1990 and imagines a world where all children are healthy, safe and prepared to build their own futures. The organization works to give children a stronger start by collecting community donations, purchasing and distributing children’s and maternity items to families, and collaborating with local organizations that help families.
