Need to get back on the fitness wagon? Summer is an ideal time to try a work out at barre3 Issaquah, where new and lapsed clients will enjoy a week of free classes. Barre3 – a combination of ballet movements, yoga and Pilates – is a 60-minute class that focuses on whole-body health. It’s open to men and women of all fitness levels and abilities, ages 14 and older.
This summer, the barre3 studio at Grand Ridge Plaza in Issaquah Highlands has more class times, new instructors, terrific savings – and a free week of classes for new or lapsed clients. Plus, on-site childcare is available during many classes for children aged newborn to 12 years. Here’s a snapshot of what’s new:
Experience one week of free classes. New clients – and anyone who hasn’t taken a class in six months – are invited to take a week of free classes. Email issaquah.highlands@barre3.com to register and confirm availability.

Take a $10 drop-in class. Walk-in to the studio at these select times to secure the $10 class price:
- 6 pm on Monday and Wednesday
- 5:45 pm on Tuesday and Thursday
- 4 pm on Friday
You can purchase your $10 class card at the front desk and pay-as-you-go.

New class times with Michelle Heinz. Join barre3 Issaquah’s newest instructor who is bringing a new class time, and a fantastic workout, to the studio at 4 pm on Fridays. Michelle’s Friday afternoon class is the perfect way to kick off the weekend; think of it as a fitness happy hour.
