Fire Reported Along East Lake Sammamish Parkway

Update: Shortly after reporting the fire, the fire department canceled the response saying there was "no active fire."

SAMMAMISH, WA - Fire crews were responding to a house fire along East Lake Sammamish Parkway around 4:30 p.m. Friday. The fire was in a home along the 3000 block of East Lake Sammamish, which is just south of Samm's Lakeside Lounge. Fire officials said the blaze was inside a wall at the home.

Expect delays along that part of the parkway as fire crews tend to the situation.
