Fire At Issaquah Elementary School: UPDATE
The school building was evacuated due to a fire in the restroom.

ISSAQUAH, WA - A small fire broke out in the bathroom at Challenger Elementary School Tuesday afternoon. All students were safe and accounted for as of 3 p.m., and an initial report of a smoke-related injury was apparently not true.
The fire broke out before 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. The building was evacuated, and all students were sent to Beaver Lake Elementary to be picked up by their parents.
Sammamish police had reported one smoke-related injury, but Eastside fire later reported that there were no injuries.
