Issaquah Arrested For Hitting Woman With Car

The 54-year-old Issaquah man was arrested late Wednesday for vehicular assault.

SNOHOMISH, WA - An Issaquah man was arrested Wednesday night for vehicular assault after he allegedly hit a woman with his car at a home in Snohomish.

The incident happened around 11 p.m. Wednesday at a home in a suburban development in the Cathcart area. According to police, the man, who was apparently intoxicated, had been arguing with the woman while driving to the Snohomish home.

When the pair arrived, the woman got out of the car, and that's when the man drove into her. The woman injured her leg during the incident and had to go to the hospital.

According to Snohomish County Jail records, the Issaquah man was still jailed Thursday morning on a vehicular assault charge. He was booked into the jail early Thursday morning.
