Issaquah Seeks Input On Post-Pandemic City Services

ISSAQUAH, WA — As Issaquah looks ahead to a post-pandemic future, city officials have launched a survey to gauge the best way to resume regular services once coronavirus closures are a thing of the past. The online questionnaire should only take a couple of minutes, and residents have until Friday, April 16, to complete it. The survey is open to anyone who lives or works inside the city.

The survey includes questions about the types of services utilized before and during the pandemic, and which ones people intend to use afterward, like paying utility bills or acquiring building permits and business licenses.

The city also asks users to rate the usefulness of various options, including drop-ins, appointments, and digital systems. Another question measures whether customers would prefer in-person access or remote options moving forward. The final space is open to provide specific feedback on how city services can be improved.

Residents can fill out the survey via SurveyMonkey through April 16.
