Issaquah Transit Oriented Development Open House Soon

The City of Issaquah will hold an open house to discuss future public transit projects on July 18th.

SAMMAMISH-ISSAQUAH, WA - From the City of Issaquah: Join us for an open house 6:30-8 p.m. July 18 at Tibbetts Creek Manor, 750 17th Ave NW, to learn more about a transit-oriented development (TOD) project in Issaquah!

This is a private-public partnership to create a mixed-use development that provides:

  • Affordable and market-rate housing
  • Commercial uses, including a nonprofit provider of medical, dental and behavioral-health services
  • A publicly-accessible plaza

This project will be a catalyst for the Central Issaquah Plan's vision, and increase transit usage – creating a vibrant, pedestrian-friendly environment that connects to amenities.
