Issaquah Woman Hangs Bags Of Scarves, Hand Warmers On Local Trees
Notes on the bags ask people to simply pay the good deed forward.

ISSAQUAH, WA - A local woman is hanging bags of scarves and hand warmers on trees around town for people in need, according to a KING 5 report.
Resident Nicolle Georgell decided to start hanging the bags after cleaning out a closet. She asked neighbors if they had extra winter-weather gear to donate, according to KING 5, and collected enough garments to fill several bags.
Georgell has been attaching the bags to trees around town with notes that say, "If you are cold, if you are in need, all we ask is you pay this good deed forward one day if you see someone in need."
