Fatal Collision Blocks I-90 Near Cle Elum
BREAKING: The crash involved a semitrailer and other vehicles, according to Washington State Patrol.
CLE ELUM, WA - A "major collision" closed I-90 near Cle Elum Monday afternoon, according to Washington State Patrol. The crash happened in the eastbound lanes and involved a semitrailer and other vehicles. Two people were reportedly critically injured, and there was one fatality.
All lanes of the highway were initially blocked due to the crash, but state patrol later said that all but the left lane had reopened. The crash happened approximately at exit 85 near downtown Cle Elum.
