Major Emergency In Issaquah? It's Probably Just Police Training
A day-long police training in Issaquah on June 26 will feature loudspeakers and simulated gunfire.
ISSAQUAH, WA — If you hear what sounds like a major police emergency happening in Issaquah today, it's probably just a training exercise.
Issaquah police and its special operations team will be training between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. along Issaquah-Pine Lake Road, which spans downtown Issaquah to the Pine Lake area. The training grounds are just temporary and not open to the public.
The training will include loudspeaker announcements, and simulated weapons fire.
