Man Throwing Objects From Issaquah Apartments Arrested

The 41-year-old was experiencing a mental health crisis, according to police.

ISSAQUAH, WA - A 41-year-old Issaquah man was arrested early Wednesday morning after he was seen allegedly throwing objects from his apartment.

The incident took place just before 6 a.m. on Oct. 31 at the Vista Ridge Apartments along Mountain Park Boulevard, southwest of the downtown area. Police and the man's family tried to talk him out of the apartment, and he was apparently experiencing a mental health crisis.

One Issaquah officer was injured during the incident and was treated at a local hospital.

The man was arrested on multiple charges, including domestic violence, assaulting a police officer, and malicious mischief.
