More Parking Tickets Coming From Issaquah Police

Police will begin a parking emphasis soon, targeting illegally parked

ISSAQUAH, WA - Issaquah police will be emphasizing enforcement of parking violations soon. There's no specific end date to the enforcement, according to police, and police will be ticketing across the entire city.

Police are warning Issaquah drivers to avoid tickets by doing the following:

  • Park legally! Examples include parking on the correct side of the roadway; 15 feet or more from a fire hydrant; away from crosswalks; more than 5 feet from driveways; and away from locations marked “No Parking.”
  • Ensure you have a current vehicle registration. Those more than 45 days expired will be impounded immediately.
  • Only park in disabled parking spots with proper placards or license plates.
