Police Issue Bulletin About Sex Offender Moving To Issaquah
The level 2 sex offender served time for first-degree child molestation, according to records.

ISSAQUAH, WA - Police on Friday issued a bulletin notifying residents that a level-two sex offender is moving to Issaquah.
Police say that Benjamin Jacob Ballenger, 27, has alerted the King County Sheriff's Office that he'll be moving to Issaquah and will live along the 23200 block of Southeast 54th Place. Ballenger went to jail in 2011 and served time for first-degree child molestation.
Police say that Ballenger is living in an area where level-two sex offenders are allowed to reside. Part of the city code bans level two and three sex offenders from living in certain areas of Issaquah.
