Sammamish Home 'Fully Engulfed' By Structure Fire
The fire broke out Saturday night in a neighborhood near Eastside Catholic School.
SAMMAMISH, WA - Firefighters responded to a structure fire at a home in Sammamish on Saturday night. The fire partially collapsed part of the home's roof, according to Eastside firefighters. All occupants of the home made it out safely, however.
The fire broke out in a home along the 21400 block of Southeast 5th Place, which is just southeast of Eastside Catholic School and north of Southeast 8th Street. Firefighters were engaged with putting out the fire around 8 p.m., and by 8:30 p.m. reported that the largest part of the fire had been knocked down.
