See Plans For Transit-Oriented Development In Issaquah

The City of Issaquah will host an open house for residents to learn more about plans for a transit-oriented development project.

SAMMAMISH-ISSAQUAH, WA - From the City of Issaquah: Join us for an open house to learn more about a transit-oriented development (TOD) project in Issaquah from 6:30-8 p.m. May 31 in the Pickering Room of City Hall Northwest, 1775 12th Ave. N.W.

This is a private-public partnership to create a mixed-use development with affordable and market-rate housing, as well as commercial uses.

This meeting will provide a brief overview of the project, and focus on one component – the “Opportunity Center.”

The “Opportunity Center” will be a City-owned commercial space within the development intended to expand nonprofit services for Issaquah residents. The City Council is exploring investment in the “Opportunity Center,” and asks the community to provide input on the investment choices.
