SUV Used In Fatal Issaquah Hit-And-Run Located: Police
BREAKING: Kevin Lozoya of Issaquah died May 28 after being hit by a car while walking along the side of a road outside a party.

ISSAQUAH, WA - Police have located an SUV they believe was used to kill Kevin Lozoya of Issaquah. Lozoya, 21, was hit at 1:12 a.m. along the 23100 block of Southeast 53rd Street while walking with a group of friends outside a party. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene, but police believe that they will be able to find the suspect using evidence from the found SUV.
The SUV was found on June 2 by a state trooper over the side of an embankment along SR 900 near Issaquah. Police are seeking the driver on charges of vehicular homicide and felony hit-and-run.
Friends of Lozoya's have said they believe the person who hit Lozoya was at the party, and might have been drinking.

The area where the crash happened is a residential neighborhood north of the Fred Meyer along Lake Sammamish Parkway.
