Tree Falls On Woman's Car Along I-90
The incident happened near exit 13 near Issaquah just before 6:30 p.m., according to Bellevue fire.

ISSAQUAH, WA - A woman was trapped in her car when a falling tree hit her vehicle as she was driving along I-90 Monday night. The incident happened in the eastbound lanes near exit 13 at the Bellevue-Issaquah line. Bellevue fire reported the incident just before 6:30 p.m. Monday.
Firefighters freed the woman from her car just after 6:30 p.m. Bellevue fire reported she was in stable condition and on the way to a local hospital. Washington State Patrol spokesman Rick Johnson said the woman suffered a broken leg in the accident.
Falling trees and limbs are a major hazard during Western Washington wind storms. A 15-year-old girl in Port Orchard was also hit by a falling tree Monday night.
