Wind Advisory For Issaquah Area Through Wednesday

The National Weather Service is warning of gusts up to 55 MPH and wind chill into the single digits.

ISSAQUAH, WA - The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory beginning at 8 p.m. Tuesday for the area, warning of gusts between 35 and 55 MPH.

The advisory continues through Wednesday at 3 p.m. Although the advisory covers parts of the Issaquah area, the weather service is warning that winds will be strongest along I-90 near North Bend, and along State Road 410 near Enumclaw.

Peak winds are predicted to hit mid-day Wednesday, and could be strong enough to snap tree branches and cause power outages. Read the full wind advisory here.
