The Movie Crush returns to Walla Walla July 10-12th

It will be a weekend of unforgettable events for the short film festival's 10th anniversary edition.

The Walla Walla Movie Crush announces its milestone 10th edition, returning to the Gesa Power House Theatre from July 10–12, 2026. This landmark year promises the festival's most ambitious programming to date: 17 thematic blocks of America's best short films, including works from Oscar® winners, a new award presentation, and a weekend of unforgettable events.

For the first time in its decade-long history, the Crush will present the VitalCulture Award — honoring an individual or institution who has worked tirelessly to create a healthier, heartier environment for the Arts to survive and thrive in the Walla Walla Valley. The inaugural VitalCulture Award will go to a critically-acclaimed artist who is as dedicated to the success of those in other creative realms as to their own.
