Seattle Police Release Surveillance From August Murder On Aurora
Seattle detectives need the public's help to identify a man suspected in a shooting death on Aurora Avenue in August.

SEATTLE, WA — Seattle homicide detectives are asking for help identifying the person who shot and killed a man on Aurora Avenue North in August. Officers were called to the intersection of North 102nd Street and Aurora Ave North on August 22nd. Investigators found a man with a gunshot wound to the head, and medics pronounced him dead at the scene.
Thursday, police released surveillance footage from a nearby business, showing the man investigators believe fired the shot across Aurora. Anyone who recognizes the suspect is asked to call the tip line at 206-233-5000 or 911.
