• Resolution of Cervicogenic Dizziness, Syncope, and Neck Pain Following Restoration of Cervical Lordosis Using Chiropractic BioPhysics® Orthopedic Rehabilitation: A Case Report With One-Year Follow-Up (cureus.com) — A chiropractic clinic in Shoreline treated a 29-year-old woman with long‑standing cervicogenic dizziness, neck pain, and syncope using an intensive Chiropractic BioPhysics rehabilitation program. Over five months and 68 visits, her cervical spine curvature improved and her dizziness and fainting episodes resolved, with benefits holding at a one‑year follow‑up. The authors argue this Shoreline-based case supports further research into conservative spine alignment therapies.
