As Spokane enters long-term recovery post fires, case managers will be able to help (inlander.com) ā Spokane-area residents recovering from this summer's devastating wildfires can now connect with newly hired disaster case managers through the Spokane Region Long Term Recovery Group for long-term help rebuilding homes and lives. Funded by Innovia Foundation, Spokane County, and faith-based partners, these case managers will guide families through grants, housing solutions, and unmet-needs roundtables so assistance continues for months and years, not just the initial crisis.
