📰 News we're reading
• Sultan, Stanwood outpace Seattle as growth shifts north (seattlered.com) — Sultan is among Washington's fastest-growing cities, expanding about 45% since 2020 as people seek cheaper housing, quieter streets, and a strong small-town community. Local leaders credit remote work, high-speed internet, and relatively low taxes for drawing residents from pricier hubs like Seattle, shifting more of the region's population growth into Snohomish County.
