• Motorcyclist, 19, killed in crash on state Route 512 near Puyallup (thenewstribune.com) — A 19-year-old Sumner resident was killed Monday afternoon in a motorcycle crash on eastbound state Route 512 near East Pioneer Avenue in Puyallup, closing the highway for about three hours. State Patrol says he collided with a truck while changing lanes; the truck’s driver was uninjured and investigators report no drugs or alcohol were involved.
