Prosecutors allege the suspects fired from a stolen Nissan Maxima at an occupied home, striking the victims and damaging nearby residences before fleeing and being arrested nearby. 4. 'It's time we do something': Spike calls for legislative action on spay-neuter costs after 80 cats overwhelm Tacoma shelters (mynorthwest.com) — Tacoma's animal shelters are overflowing after more than 80 cats were rescued in a single week from an abandoned sailboat near Owen Beach and a stolen car, pushing the Humane Society of Tacoma and Pierce County to capacity.
