• Kelso softball beats 3rd-ranked Toledo (tncontentexchange.com) — Toledo’s third-ranked Riverhawks softball team fell 7–3 at Kelso on Tuesday, despite a late three-run homer that briefly tightened the game. Strong pitching and timely hitting from Kelso’s lineup carried the 3A school past Toledo’s 2B squad, but the Riverhawks showed they can challenge bigger programs as their season continues.
