• 2.6 magnitude earthquake felt near WA's Mount Adams (fox13seattle.com) — A small 2.6-magnitude earthquake shook the area just over 14 miles north of Trout Lake on Sunday afternoon, but no damage is expected. Seismologists say the shallow quake originated on Mount Adams' western flank, and residents are encouraged to report any shaking they felt to the USGS to help refine local earthquake data.
