• Sound Transit Rolls Out New Sounder Trains (seattletransitblog.com) — New Sounder train cars are now running on the S Line that serves Tukwila Station, bringing better bike racks, more power outlets, and clearer onboard information. Sound Transit is using these Alstom cars while older coaches are refurbished, with safety upgrades and interior refreshes planned, and longer-term aims to boost Sounder capacity despite some ST3 projects being deferred.
