• Fifth teenage suspect in deadly Chelan Hills Fire arrested in Roy (thenewstribune.com) — A statewide wildfire case has direct ties to University Place, where a local teen is among several young suspects charged as accomplices in the deadly Chelan Hills Fire that killed one person and caused millions in damage. Authorities recently arrested a fifth suspect from Roy and are still searching for another, while arraignments for the Tacoma-area teens are set for Sept. 28.
