Bob Twaddle of Woodinville, Washinton’s WIN Home Inspection was recently honored at WIN’S annual conference in Franklin, Tennessee with the ‘Founder’s Award’ for extraordinary humanitarian service in his community. WIN Home Inspection honors a deserving franchisee every annual conference with the ‘Founders Award,’ rewarding honorable character in his or her community through service and humanitarian acts.

Along with owning and running his WIN Home Inspection business, Twaddle spends his “spare” time serving in a community based ministry through his church, working in a food bank and volunteering his time to other church based endeavors. Twaddle and his wife Cecilia serve 60-70 families per week, helping to supply them with food and other necessities. He and Cecilia personally cook meals for the families they work with twice a month. Additionally, every year they provide a large outreach breakfast that serves nearly 100 men at the Everett Gospel Mission in Everett, WA.

He was also recognized for a high number of inspections performed in 2015 (373), as well as his outstanding customer service based on feedback gathered from clients, boasting an incredible customer satisfaction of nearly 100%.
