• When Fall Foliage will reach its peak in the Ohio Valley (wtrf.com) — If you're in Cameron, you'll start noticing the first pops of fall color in the surrounding hills over the next week, even though most of the Ohio Valley is still green. Local forecasters say the most vivid foliage usually arrives by mid to late October, as shorter days and cooler conditions bring out the yellows, oranges, reds, and purples in area trees.
